Your brain
runs the show...

Every racing thought, every sleepless night, every time your body reacts before your mind even catches up. It all starts in your brain.

Neurofeedback

You can talk about your struggles for years. You can understand exactly why you feel the way you do. And still feel stuck.

That’s because insight operates in one part of the brain, but dysregulation begins somewhere else entirely.

What if you could calm your nervous system at the source?

That’s what Neurofeedback offers.

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, research-supported treatment that shows your brain, in real time, how it’s currently working. It gently guides it toward calmer, more regulated patterns.

Session after session, your brain starts to recognize and reinforce its own path toward balance.

Clients often find relief from…

People come to Neurofeedback carrying a lot: anxiety that won’t quiet down, minds that won’t stop replaying the past, bodies stuck in survival mode, or a fog that makes it hard to focus or feel present.

Neurofeedback has helped clients find meaningful relief from:

  • Sleep difficulties
  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Symptoms of PTSD and trauma
  • Trouble with focus, attention, and mental clarity
  • Emotional reactivity and difficulty with regulation
  • The lingering effects of concussion or brain injury

Progress doesn’t stop there…

481404367The list of symptoms above are the most common psychological effects that improve with Neurofeedback, but the brain and nervous system are also responsible for regulating all other aspects of one’s physiology. Because of the brain-body connection, Neurofeedback treatments also alleviate many physical symptoms and can improve sports performance.

Neurofeedback offers total neurological optimization and nervous system regulation so that you can maintain stability and recover more efficiently.

Everyone’s biology is different, and so is every path forward. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing and build a plan around your needs, not a generic protocol.

What a session actually looks like…

No dramatic machines, nothing invasive. Just a few sensors gently placed on your scalp using a bit of neurodiagnostic electrode paste that washes out easily.

Here’s how it goes:

481404367We start with a conversation. Before any treatment begins, we’ll talk about what’s going on for you and what you’re hoping will shift. Then, your provider will create a personalized treatment plan to address your psychological and physical symptoms.

We map your nervous system’s current patterns. Using a qEEG brain map, we get a clear picture of how different regions are communicating, and where things are overactive, underactive, or out of sync.

You settle in. Unlike psychotherapy, there’s no need to discuss your troubles or even talk about anything at all. You don’t have to do anything or concentrate hard. Your brain does the work on its own as it responds to the feedback. You just get comfy and close your eyes for a few seconds.

Your brain learns from the feedback. Over a session, and over many sessions, new patterns that support calm, focus, and regulation are reinforced. Much like a muscle is strengthened through repetition, Neurofeedback sessions strengthen more regulated brainwave patterns in each session and across time.

Sessions are relaxing. Many clients say it feels less like “treatment” and more like a chance to reset.

What you might expect over time…

Neurofeedback isn’t a quick fix, and it isn’t magic. It is reading your brainwave patterns and sending back small, gentle signals that help rigid or “stuck” waves learn a more productive rhythm.

Some clients notice small shifts within the first several sessions: an easier time falling asleep, a quieter mind, a little more space between a trigger and a reaction, or a complete absence of reaction to things that were previously triggering. Others need more time before changes become noticeable. Everyone’s system responds at its own pace.

What we’re working toward is a nervous system that’s more flexible, can move out of a stress response more easily, settle into rest more easily, and support the other work you might be processing in therapy.

Although you do not need to participate in neurofeedback and psychotherapy at the same time to see progress, neurofeedback can shorten the treatment time needed for Psychotherapy, EMDR, or Somatic Experiencing. This is because neurofeedback will widen the window of tolerance, allow cognitive processing with less disturbance and easier to work through.

Ready to meet yourself after complete brain optimization?

If you’ve done “the work” and still feel like something is stuck at a level words haven’t reached, neurofeedback might be the missing piece.
